The Point, in Mandurah, Western Australia, is steeped in history; it is the location of the former Peninsula Hotel and where an 100-year old Moreton Bay Fig tree still stands to this day. For a new iconic waterfront development at The Point, an identity needed to reflect the affluent nature of this location.
Ornate gold circles represent the three buildings that make up the development – a luxury apartment building, the Sebal Hotel and a bar and restaurant venue. The identity needed to be flexible so it could also be applied to the building, while having longevity that could sustain fresh promotional material for over 10 years.
